That's what I listen to when I want to feel like I'm in a Audrey Hepburn movie. :)

You're Perfect! :-)
My Dad had to get his knee replaced this week. He is doing well and should be able to go home soon. If you know my Dad, you know that taking it easy is not his strong suit. So, being in the hospital or cooped up in the house is pretty much torture. I just hope it doesn't snow, so he won't feel bad about not shoveling.
I fear I've inherited his bad knee and will have to go through the same surgery in 30 years. Feel better Dad!
Anthony surprised me on Friday. We had reservations at Chino Latino at 9:00 PM, so we were killing time at his house. He pulled out the Mad Gab game and I was sort of playing and half watching TV. He made a card so he could say "Will You Marry Me". I didn't think he was serious and I stared at him and asked "Did you REALLY just say that?" Then, he got on one knee and pulled out a gorgeous round solitaire diamond ring (pictures eventually). And I said "Well, yes!"
He recorded the whole thing and I'll probably post that soon too. Get ready for this blog to turn into Wedding Central:)
I love him to death and it just keeps getting better.
It was my beautiful Mum's birthday on Tuesday. I tried to embroider something in time but, I sent her some tulips for the occasion instead.
She has recently started a new blog, Bemidji Bits where she promotes civic engagement. She is very passionate about the Bemidji Community, local politics, economic development, local artists and all the things that make Northern Minnesota wonderful. I scanned some old pictures from home over Christmas and here she and my Dad are on their wedding day. Can you see why I have such a huge smile?
