"People would stay in the prayer room for 3-4 hours at a time ... usually in the middle of the night! And I don't know how great these prayer times were. I don't know how powerful their experiences with God were. I don't know how refreshed or "on fire" these people felt after their time in the room. Frankly, I don't think it mattered to them. These people had come to show God their love for Him. As Brennan Manning says: 'Spending time with God might be dynamic one day, and I might fall asleep the next day. But showing up is an act of love.'"
