My little brother is all married. It was a sweet little ceremony in the Father of the Bride's picturesque backyard. The weather was fantastic: 78° in October! In Minnesota!
Anton's friend David, was his best man. Here they are waiting for the bride to get ready so they could start. David is holding his daughter, Kylee who is just a few months older than Lily and just as sweet.
Anthony provided sweet acoustic stylings for the prelude, procession and recession. It was perfect for the little ceremony and everyone loved it.
Mom wore a pretty, green, ruffled-neck wrap dress. It fit her perfectly.
The bride wore a fantastically-chic, slim, beaded cocktail wedding dress. It was perfect for the setting and the temperature.
The maid of honor, Heather, wore a great strapless black satin dress - with pockets!
Ashli's brother-in-law officiated, which made for a very personal ceremony.

My mom and I (with the help of Anthony and Dad) decorated the after-party room. I picked up $30 worth of flowers from the St. Paul Farmer's Market on Saturday. Lots of Dahlias and fun stuff like ornamental kale. Mom brought gold-glittered spiral sticks from Grandma Hutch and they upped the arrangement's party factor. We used vases from my wedding last year and told people to bring home a bouquet if they would like.
Mom had leaf-shaped cookies made with 10/10/10 iced on them that we set at each place. Anthony designed cards with the "10 Reasons Why Being Married is Just Better" for each place. They included space for the guest to write their reasons.
He also designed sweet "Bride" and "Groom" tags for Anton & Ashli's seats.
I asked Anthony to print out the date 6" tall in the font from our embroidery project. I traced it on some black glitter scrapbooking paper that I had and cut out the numbers. I punched holes in the top of each number and strung it with some thin black satin ribbon. We hung it above the Bride & Groom's seat.
Mom brought pretty little jelly jars that she inherited from Grandma Hutchinson. We put little tea lights in them for the tables. She also brought a couple short, square glass candle holders that we wrapped in sheer orange ribbon and filled with a short pillar candle.
The Speakeasy in Detroit Lakes was a great venue for the after-party. We drank cocktails and ate delicious food.

Andrea made us a delicious devils-food cake with raspberry filling and a cream cheese butter cream frosting. We put a few blossoms on it and it looked so sweet. Everyone raved about how good it was.
For their gift, I made them the most Epic Embroidery Project that I've ever done. I went back to the store twice to get more embroidery floss. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Anthony designed it and it served as the inspiration for the rest of our little crafty projects.
